This development is set on a mere 600m2 of land. Located in Bayside Municipality there were many constraints both planning and site applicable to this project, the challenge was to design three contemporary townhouses on the land. All dwellings were required to be self contained, have individual frontages and create a sense of space. The approval was successfully gained through council delegation and although it was a very restricted site our design met all of the council and client requirements.
