Our firm was engaged to redesign a site with a permit containing 114 apartments and commercial at the ground floor level. The challenge was to increase efficiency of saleable area, enhance the aesthetics of the building and reduce construction cost by at least 10%.
The end result speaks for itself, the project was a success at pre sales stage and generated a great deal of interest from the local market.
As a result of the re design most apartments increased in size. The interior scheme was softened with a light color scheme throughout the common areas providing a sense of space.
The project is a fine example of a consultative process between developer, builder and Ardcon.
