This site provided the challenge of a main road frontage and a low density side streetscape, it was also located in Kingstons Residential 3 zone which demands less site coverage.
The brief was to maximise the development understanding the site constraints at hand. After considerable negotiation with both the council and adjoining neighbours a viable modern development was agreed upon.
The dwellings have expansive open plan living, dining and entertaining space with decks and balconies to the upper levels, set amongst some mature trees. The internal fitout was modest and included a master adobe including large robes and ensuite.
